EFFECTIVE DATE: Your network subscription will begin on the purchase date.

SUBSCRIPTION: Your network subscription provides access to the shared charging stations in your building, as well as advanced software features such as automatic billing and payment processing.

USAGE FEES: Users will be automatically billed for energy consumption through the network software app based on the usage fees set by your strata council.

PAYMENT: Credit card or e-transfer payments are accepted (we do not issue refunds for inactive or cancelled plans).

PRIVACY: Chargy will never share your personal information with any person or entity that is not directly involved with providing this service.
